I've read through your postings and appreciate your musing. Inventing can be lonely sometimes and you seem to have some insight into the "nature" of inventors and the process. I have always "invented" as a hobby and my last two wives were not happy with my numerous ventures. I stopped for years thinking it was some type of character flaw and now have let the creative juices flow again, however I am now trying to pick and choose which ones I "invest" in then limit my dollar outlay. I have started several companies that in some ways were inventions, made millions and lost millions and gone bankrupt once. I liken the process to being an artist or musician - it just seems I have to keep doing this. Someday it would be nice to have one of my product inventions marketed and make some money. I've played with the idea of starting a manufacturing company but at this point in my life am not sure I can afford the risk. Keep blogging, you stimulate the nerve endings.
